2011 Finance & HR Benchmarking Surveys

 

  • Do you know how your company's financial performance compares to other's in the industry?
  • Are your sales better or worse than your competitors?
  • Are you offering a competitive salary and benefit package to retain and recruit the best employees?
If you've participated in AMT's Benchmarking Surveys in the past, you know the valuable information you can receive just by joining in. Again in 2011, our online data entry system makes it even easier to participate in any or all of the surveys.

  • An online data entry system has been developed to make the surveys easier to complete.
  • Each participating company will have one "gatekeeper," or administrator, who will receive the log-in information for the survey.
  • The administrator can then add other survey participants from within his or her company to view financial and/or HR-related information.
  • For the first time, the company participant administrator will be able to view his or her company's responses from last year's survey.
  • This will allow the survey to be completed faster, as only the information that has changed will need to be updated.
An e-mail has already been sent out to established Company Participant Administrators.
The 2011 data collection period has ended - we will begin collecting data for the next report cycle in February 2012.  If you did not submit data, you may purchase the reports here.

Please remember that the data from these surveys remain confidential, even from AMT. The results you'll receive FREE for participating in the study will give you valuable insight into how your company's financial and HR performance measures up against your industry peers.
