The MFG Meeting (Manufacturing for Growth), March 2-5, 2016, will bring together the complete manufacturing chain for a unique conference experience at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, Calif. 

Co-hosted by AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology and the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), this four-day meeting is designed to address key business challenges. Certain to do just that is the keynote address, What Happens When The Things We Design Wake Up? by Mickey McManus chairman and principal of MAYA Design, a design consultancy and innovation lab. He is a pioneer in pervasive computing, collaborative innovation, human-centered design and education. Mickey holds nine patents in the area of connected products, vehicles and services. Richard Mason - President & Chief Security Officer (CSO), Critical Infrastructure, LLC – With more than 20 years of experience conducting cyber security for Fortune 100 companies, Richard has conducted hundreds of sensitive and technically complex insider threat and criminal investigations. He will reveal eight Strategies for Small Business Cyber Security.

George Stalk - Senior Partner, Banyan Family Business Advisors – George leads Banyan’s strategy practice, which focuses on creating competitive advantage in family enterprises. George’s most recent Harvard Business Review article, “Avoid The Traps That Can Destroy Family Businesses,” co-authored with Banyan Senior Partner Henry Foley, appeared earlier this year. He will explain successful succession planning.
