The Smartforce Development Committee will establish policy and direction for AMT that will allow our industry to work with educators to assure that funding and programs are available to sufficiently educate young people in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) so that a consistent flow of qualified, skilled, critical thinking individuals are attracted to seek careers in manufacturing.
