This report provides an analysis of executive compensation levels within the machine tool manufacturing industry as well as an analysis of executive benefits and perquisites. In addition, the compensation data will prove valuable to executives who must prove their compensation is "reasonable" within the constraints of the Internal Revenue Code.
This report reviews the results from the 2012 AMT Executive Compensation survey finalized in June 2012. A total of 66 manufacturers participated in this survey. This report presents detailed analyses of executive compensation, including base salary, bonus and benefits. Data is presented for the typical AMT manufacturer and by company sales volume category. In addition, results by line of business and by region are included in subsequent sections of the report.
