His nine books include Crossing the Generational Divide: Essential Skills for Managing the Modern Workforce and Two Minute Motivation: How to Inspire Superior Performance. He served on the management faculty of the University of Phoenix for more than ten years and as a special advisor to the American Productivity and Quality Center.\n \n Conference Facilitator\n Deborah Duke will lead the program sessions at this year's conference.
