The Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) Program is the only nationally recognized program that acknowledges individuals who possess the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively as machine tool sales engineers.
Today, over 850 individuals have earned the designation through a combination of practical experience, formal study and successful completion of a comprehensive, nationwide examination.
In addition to AMT, the CMTSE program is supported by The National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), The Machinery Dealer's National Association (MDNA) and the Canadian Machine Tool Distributors' Association (CMTDA).
