Keynote Presenter
Robert Wendover has been researching and writing about workforce trends for more than 20 years. He currently serves as Managing Director of the Center for Generational Studies. Mr. Wendover has authored the Center’s training curriculum, Generations: Understanding Age Diversity in Today’s Workplace. His nine books include Crossing the Generational Divide: Essential Skills for Managing the Modern Workforce and Two Minute Motivation: How to Inspire Superior Performance. He served on the management faculty of the University of Phoenix for more than ten years and as a special advisor to the American Productivity and Quality Center.
Deborah Duke Conference Facilitator
Deborah Duke will lead the program sessions at this year’s conference. She has extensive training and experience in developing leadership. Her main initiative is to provide the leadership guidance needed to promote extraordinary teamwork within an organization. Ms. Duke’s experience is focused on Organizational Development and Management, Leadership Coaching, Team Building and Training Development.
