AMT’s Global Service Committee is pleased to announce their newest initiative designed to provide valuable ‘how-to’ information to AMT members about important customer service and support principles. There will be a series of 4 webinars held approximately every month, on a variety of topics, such as:
Best practices
Important soft skills for engineers
Team-selling techniques
Using your customer service department to create new revenue streams
The webinars will be presented by members of the Global Service Committee and registration is free to all members.

“Team Selling” is one of those concepts that everyone talks about, but few actually incorporate into their sales tool kit in a deliberate fashion, and even fewer consistently use effectively. That is unfortunate, because when used properly, Team Selling is a powerful tool that can significantly improve the odds of a successful outcome. At this AMT webinar, you will learn the ins and outs of building and implementing a successful selling team from an experienced practitioner.
