Service Technician I: Maintenance and Repair (General)

The assessment for general maintenance and repair includes a broad knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, fluid systems and plumbing, mechanical drives and machines, hand tools and fasteners, and print reading. This assessment also addresses preventive maintenance. The assessment includes 204 questions and is designed to be delivered online and should require about an hour to complete. All scoring is confidential and is delivered only to the company that requests and purchases the assessment for an individual.

Service Technician II: Maintenance and Repair (Industrial Machinery)


The assessment for maintenance and repair for industrial machinery is an evaluation of a thorough knowledge of electrical circuits and components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical drives and components, hand tools and fasteners, welding equipment, and a broad knowledge of manufacturing processes. This assessment also addresses total productive maintenance (TPM) and similar approaches. The assessment includes 284 questions, is designed to be delivered online and should require about an hour and a half to complete. All scoring is confidential and is delivered only to the company that requests and purchases the assessment for an individual.

Sales Engineer

The assessment for sales engineers evaluates an individual's working knowledge of manufacturing processes, as well as tooling, machine specifications, and workpiece materials. This assessment also addresses recent quality initiatives and process improvement methods. The assessment includes 284 questions and is designed to be delivered online and should require about an hour and a half to complete. All scoring is confidential and is delivered only to the company that requests and purchases the assessment for an individual.
