Using your service department as a potential source of revenue is one way to prepare for the upcoming upturn. This session will focus on how to manage customer credit terms and how to effectively use service agreements to benefit both you and your customer.
Presenter: Jimmy Berry is the Customer Service Manager at W.A. Whitney. He graduated from Indiana State University in 1996 with a degree in Computer Hardware and Electronics Technology and has an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.
