Anchor Abrasives is a privately held company and was formed in 1971. Staff has been analyzing disc-grinding operations and formulating discs since the early 1950's. Today, we are leaders in state-of-the-art formulation and manufacturing of double discs, cylinders, centerless and roll wheels. Anchor's products grind a variety of bearings, springs, ceramics, cutlery, hand tools, bars, tubing and automotive parts including connecting rods, valve plates, piston rings, and pump parts. At Anchor Abrasives we specialize in the design and manufacture of resin, epoxy and oxychloride bonded nut-inserted discs and cylinders, recently adding resin bonded centerless and roll wheels. Anchor's modern technology, high standards, and unmatched performance are the result of innovation and the pioneering of new concepts in grinding technology.
