June 7, 2007 -- German company Robert Bosch expects diesel-powered engines to triple their share of the US light vehicle market within a decade, thanks to their better fuel efficiency, it said. "We expect diesel's share of passenger cars and light trucks to rise from 5 per cent now to around 15 per cent by 2015,' said Bosch's Peter Marks.
