March 13, 2008 -- Volkswagen AG Chief Executive Martin Winterkorn said he would not rule out any acquisitions in the future.
Volkswagen bought all the Scania AB shares held by Investor AB and the Wallenberg Foundations early this March to make Scania the ninth brand in the VW group. Media reports have speculated that VW may make a full takeover bid for MAN.
