March 31, 2008 -- The Central Highlands' Dak Nong province on March 28 gave approval for a steel rolling plant building project, which is expected to be the largest of its kind in the area. The plant, estimated to cost more than VND 1.63 trillion, will be capable of producing 13,000 tonnes per year. The steel plant will be built in two years, beginning in August.
