April 1, 2008 -- The U.S. Air Force has awarded a contract modification valued at up to $595.8 million to Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., for the procurement of six Indian Foreign Military Sales C-130J aircraft. The contract was awarded by the Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
