April 7, 2008 -- Federal-Mogul Corporation announces the following senior leadership changes in the finance, global purchasing, corporate communications and investor relations departments.
Jeff Kaminski is appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer. Markus Wermers is appointed senior vice president, global purchasing. Steven Gaut is appointed vice president, corporate communications and government relations. All three will also serve as a corporate officers and members of the FMSB. David Pouliot is appointed director, investor relations.
