April 18, 2008 -- Good Friend International Holdings Inc., which is engaged in the design and production of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, parking garage structures, as well as forklift trucks in the PRC, today announced its annual results for 2007. Revenue grew 34.4% year-on-year to RMB821.4 million. Gross profit margin stayed at a stable level of 26.1%, an increase of 1% as compared to the previous year.
Sales of CNC machine tools, parking garage structures and forklift trucks recorded strong growth in 2007. The Group says it will actively expand its capacity to seize growth opportunities. Good Friend has commenced construction of a production base of Hangzhou Ever Friend in Xiasha, with completion is scheduled for the second half of 2008.The Group has also acquired 67,000 sq.m. of land located in Hangzhou Jiangdong Industrial Park for the construction of a new production plant.
