April 30, 2008 -- Chrysler may sell its two Michigan axle plants to Dana Holding Corporation, a supplier of components to the automobile industry, and American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of driveline systems, chassis systems and forged products, for approximately $400 million.
