NAVILYST MEDICAL; Navilyst Medical Announces Global Debut Today

  Navilyst Medical, formerly Boston Scientific's Fluid Management and Vascular Access businesses, announced its new company name following the February 2008 acquisition by Avista Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth-oriented healthcare, energy and media companies (see also NavilystMedical)


Toyota Mulling Engine Facility in India-Report

 Toyota is said to be considering setting up an engine manufacturing facility in India, reports the Financial Express. According to an unnamed executive at the company's Indian Toyota Kirloskar Motors division, the plant could be set up near to its vehicle manufacturing unit in Bangalore to cut down on production costs. However, this will only happen once a second plant under construction is expanded to keep up with demand
