Toyota Mulling Engine Facility in India-Report Global Insight, August 19, 2008 Toyota is said to be considering setting up an engine manufacturing facility in India, reports the Financial Express. According to an unnamed executive at the company's Indian Toyota Kirloskar Motors division, the plant could be set up near to its vehicle manufacturing unit in Bangalore to cut down on production costs.
