Minneapolis, Minn. - June 2007 — Liberty Diversified Industries (LDI), announces the acquisition of Milltronics Manufacturing Company, a Waconia, Minnesota-based manufacturer of machine tools. Milltronics employs 120 people, all of whom will become employees of LDI.
Liberty Diversified Industries is a privately held portfolio company with holdings involved in the design, manufacture and marketing of products and creative solutions for the packaging, office and industrial and building industry business sectors, as well as an advanced technology recycled paper mill.
