Modular design, allowing extensive custom configurations, combined with the best mid-sized footprint PVD coating system on the market today, make the PS3500 a perfect solution for coating line optimization.
The PS3500 system is designed for sub 4 minute cycle times for Physical Vapor Deposition processes on plastic substrates. Fully featured with state-of-the-art controls and components the PS3500 includes a data logging Industrial PC for process and historical data analysis. Designed for keeping synchronous pace with medium to high volume injection molding operations, the system produces substrates for automotive, commercial, decorative, ornamental, and industrial applications. Our newest addition to the Press-Side® line, the mid-sized PS3500 is engineered for flexibility in metalizing requirements and low cost/part results.
