Development Session
Development session is designed to help AMT members who are new to Mexico develop a sales and marketing strategy.
AMT Mexico staff will meet together with your top U.S. and Mexico managers and/or distributor representatives to have an off-the-record discussion of all the issues related to developing a sound strategy for Mexico market penetration.
Discussions include:
- Mexico market (Mexico’s machine tool industry, market size, foreign and domestic competition)
- Product selection Market entry modes (agent, rep office, distribution, subsidiary company)
- Promotion (advertising and show participation)
- Staff recruiting Market research and segmentation
- Cultural awareness Brainstorming opportunities, priorities and next steps
Review Session
Review session is designed to help AMT members validate and invigorate existing sales and marketing strategies for today's Mexico.
AMT's Mexico staff will meet together with your top U.S. and Mexico managers and/or local representatives to have an off-the-record discussion on making your Mexico business more successful.
Discussions include:
- Product selection
- HR Issues Market entry modes (agent, rep office, distribution, subsidiary company)
- Promotion (advertising and show participation)
- Market research and segmentation
- Cultural awareness Setting priorities
