The Machine Tool Sales Fundamentals (MTSF) Workshop is designed for sales people who have been recently hired into the industry or who are migrating from an application engineering or service technician position into sales.
The content of the MTSF workshop was developed by industry-veteran Dave Poling, and is presented by veteran Steve Lesnewich, Vice President, MT
Insight Group.
This is an in-person workshop that takes place over two days and is delivered in regions around the country based on the demand of AMT members.
This workshop provides relationship-building techniques, with role-play examples of “how to” conduct yourself, and make presentations in a professional manner in a manufacturing environment, as well as provide personal branding and marketing techniques. The workshop includes workbooks on The Fundamentals, as well as The 6 Step Process of sales for our industry, including:
