Spartan Motors Awarded $56.4 Million Contract by BAE Systems
May 9, 2008 -- Spartan Chassis, Inc., a subsidiary of Spartan Motors, Inc. (SPAR), has been awarded a subcontract order from defense contractor BAE Systems worth approximately $56.4 million to support the production of advanced tactical vehicles under the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected, or MRAP, program.

("Cash Tech") announced that its CPI Holdings, LLC subsidiary has completed its acquisition of certain assets of Champion Parts, Inc. from PNC Business Credit, Inc. for $2.97 million which have a book value of approximately $12.1 million.
