AMT programs thrive with the help and involvement of its members through volunteer committees and product groups.  Guided by the Board of Directors and their vision through the strategic plan, AMT's committees and product groups represent the voice of the member in association affairs.  Committees are the driving force behind all programs, products and services that AMT offers.

Coalition on Manufacturing Technology Infrastructure
A U.S. industry coalition organized to identify, develop and initiate programs to support the revitalization of the technical infrastructure for the nation's small, medium and large manufacturing industries.

Economics and Statistics Committee
The Economics and Statistics Committee expands AMT's ability to develop and promote market intelligence and educate members on the integration of this data in their business plans.

Financial Issues & Human Resources Committee
This group's goal is to ensure that AMT members have the best financial and human resources programs that they can provide.

Global Marketing and Sales Committee
Committee participants have a unique opportunity to assess, improve and recommend a variety of global marketing and sales programs that provide value to the entire AMT membership.

Global Service Committee
Committee participants have a unique opportunity to assess, improve and recommend a variety of service programs that provide value to the entire AMT membership.

Global Technology Advisory Board
The mission of this Board is to provide guidance on technology needs and trends to the membership of AMT so it can develop leading edge, competitive products.

Government Relations Committee
Acting as the voice of the membership in Washington, this commmittee establishes AMT's policy positions in support of our industry.

Show Committee
The Show Committee acts to preserve the position of the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) as the preeminent trade show in the Americas for marketing and selling manufacturing technology.

Standards and Regulations Committee
The Standards and Regulations Committee monitors standards that affect mechanical and electrical machine tool design, construction, electronic controls and associated software.

Technology Issues Committee
The Technology Issues Committee (TIC) advises AMT members and staff about new technologies for product design and manufacturing.

Transplant Business Development Group
A new committee with the purpose of developing activities to help AMT members better access the transplant companies (New Domestics) in North America.
