The National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) recently announced their new job board that puts qualified job seekers together with employers who need to fill vital roles in their manufacturing companies.

As part of the launch of the new Smartforce Career & Education Experience, AMT Smartforce Development supported NIMS’ development of this industry job board, allowing individuals to make career connections and even generate a resume. This tool aligns with the Smartforce commitment to attract young people to the industry and build on the legacy of U.S.-based manufacturing technology builders and distributors. Further, the NIMS job board will be useful for those whose employment or career have been impacted by the pandemic.

Job Seekers — for those with entry-level manufacturing skills and credentials or degrees to those with years of experience, you can search for job listings across the United States posted on the NIMS Job Board. If you need assistance with your resume, use the helpful resume generator tool.

Employers — post your job openings here to get the attention of job seekers in the NIMS manufacturing education community who have the credentialed skills and specific experience you need.
