The Global Service Committee has used different leadership and customer service speakers at Service Management Conferences and Customer Service & Support Conferences over the past several years.

Carl Henry & Associates
Carl Henry was a featured presenter at the 2006 Service Management Conference. His presentation was titled "Achieving Customer Satisfaction By Being The Best." More information can be found at Carl Henry & Associates.

Gail Love Leadership Solutions
Gail Love was the conference presenter at the 2008 Customer Service & Support Conference. She developed and led a day and a half long session that took attendees from start to finish on developing a strong customer service and support team. DMA Leadership
