Over the past year, we’ve talked at length about all of the wonderful features of the IMTS Exhibitor Passport. There’s advanced filtering, mapping, upload, download, show floor traffic, expense budgeting, email and outreach features, and much more. However, the most important “feature,” that all of the aforementioned depend on, is the data itself.

Well, now it’s here! Through careful planning and coordination, the IMTS 2016 Exhibitor Passport is streaming new 2016 registration data on a daily basis. So far, the Passport has more than 1,200 visitor registrants for IMTS 2016. Granted, this is just a fraction of the number that will be collected by September, but for Passport subscribers that is no excuse … start your pre-show marketing today.

With the advanced filtering and ability to save commonly used report parameters, you’ll notice how easy it is to generate targeted email lists to new registrants with the click of a few buttons. Specifically, Passport users can make use of the “saved scenarios” feature.

With the saved scenario feature, Passport can store filtered criteria that represent various target markets to reach in the days, weeks or months leading up to the show. As new registrations become available, the user simply recalls a saved scenario and modifies the date criteria to capture new records from when the scenario was last run. Using the saved scenarios this way as new visitors are registered to the system, ensures users’ email campaigns reach prospective customers just once if they so choose.

Handling and exposing regularly updated data is fundamental to the success of a business intelligence platform. If you haven’t already, try using the IMTS Exhibitor Passport to realize the power of the MTInsight platform.
