The IMTS Exhibitor Workshop, Jan. 25 - 26, 2016, in Chicago, Ill., includes a full list of top-notch speakers, who will cover how to deliver amazing customer service, leverage competitive advantages, design booths, strengthen social media, maximize lead tracking, and more. 

In addition to these enthusiastic world-class speakers, attendees can peruse exhibits to learn about the latest in exhibit design, network with colleagues, and choose between an operations or marketing track. Monday evening, the workshop kicks off with a reception featuring the Beatleleles (beet’l·lay’lees), a Chicago-area Beatles cover band performing with ukuleles, guitars, bass, drums and vocals. Tuesday morning, keynote speaker Shep Hyken, chief amazement officer of Shepard Presentations, will give you 10 specific tactics to help you deliver amazing customer/client service during his presentation, How to Create an Amazing Client Experience.

He is known for his high-energy presentations, which combine important information with entertainment (humor and magic) to create exciting programs for his audiences.

Two more speakers will round out the morning talks. Steve Miller, Marketing Gunslinger of The Adventure, will present 400 percent ROI? And Mitch Goozé, principal of Customer Manufacturing Group, will share strategies to Leverage Your Competitive Advantage.
