AMT hosted the first-ever AMT Experience and Member Lounge at IMTS 2016. The Experience provided AMT members and guests with a relaxing environment to escape the show floor, connect with other members and customers, and learn more about AMT’s offerings. Several meeting rooms were available where members could conduct private meetings with their customers and staff.

The AMT Experience featured the introduction of the AMT Concierge Service. “The AMT Concierges are AMT staff dedicated to learning our members’ and potential members’ needs, advising them on which AMT products and services best meet those needs and also connecting them with other members and industry leaders,” said Steve Lesnewich, Vice President of Member Services. “We succeed when we can help keep their sales up and their costs down.” The AMT Concierge service will also be featured at other AMT events and will be launched fully in the coming months.

Visitors were also able to demo MTInsight business intelligence apps, such as IMTS Exhibitor Passport, MTProspects, Map U.S Markets, and Tech Trends, a tool launching next spring.
