Looking to hire young professionals who are at the start of their manufacturing careers? For the first time ever, the Smartforce Student Summit at IMTS 2016 is rolling out the Career Launch Pad with the aim of connecting manufacturing employers with recent and soon-to-be graduates for intern, apprenticeship, and entry-level positions.

The Smartforce Student Summit is there to attract the young talent, but we need companies like yours to bring the jobs. If your company is exhibiting at IMTS, you’re interested in hiring entry-level people and your HR team can staff an exhibit in the career fair during IMTS, we’d love to have you on board. There is no cost to exhibit in the Smartforce Career Launch Pad.

We are working with our tech school, community college and engineering school partners to attract students with an interest in manufacturing careers. Students who register for the Smartforce Student Summit can also register for the Career Launch Pad by uploading their resume to MTCareers.org, which acts as an online matchmaking tool for jobs that will be posted during the career fair.

To take part in the Smartforce Career Launch Pad, please contact Greg Jones at 703-827-5203 or gjones@AMTonline.org for more information.
