Student Challenge Application Development competition open through July 16
The MTConnect student challenge continues through July with the ongoing Application Development competition. Winning submissions are eligible for a share of $22,500 in cash prizes; competition information is available at http://mtconnect-apps.devpost.com/.
The challenge is sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Defense-wide Manufacturing Science and Technology (DMS&T) and executed by the U.S. Army Benét Labs, AMT-The Association For Manufacturing Technology, National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM), and the MTConnect Institute, in partnership with SME and the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA).

Join the TAG for early access to MTConnect Version 1.4
Contribute to the development and review of version 1.4 of the MTConnect standard and get access to and input on the future development of MTConnect. Opportunities for feedback come both in person at quarterly Technical Advisory Group (TAG) meetings and through the documents review stages of the review and publication process.
